Volunteer Pharmacists (Session 8: Skeletal Dysplasia)

August 8, 2016 @ 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Medical Vol1Volunteer Pharmacists are needed to help kids at
Camp Korey have the time of their lives!

Valid WA State Pharmacist License Required
Volunteer Pharmacists collaborate with physicians and nurses to prepare medications to be administered during a camp session. Medication preparation, labeling, and verification of “5 rights” for medications to be administered at camp.

Camp Korey empowers children and families living with serious medical conditions, through year-round life changing experiences, always free of charge.  Our residential summer camp is the prescription for joy, growth, and healing. Campers go on an adventure that helps them disconnect from the stress and isolation of their medical condition, and plug into all the magic of Camp! Campers leave Camp Korey with increased self-esteem, confidence and resiliency.

Students
Are you a pharmacy student looking for more pediatrics experience?  We are accepting applications for limited sessions this summer!
