The world around us has changed.
Activities that were once declining have made a resurgence during the pandemic and “getting outside” has become a necessary pastime for our mental, emotional, and physical health.
In the last year, nature reminded us that fresh air, trees, water, and sun are so good for the mind, body, and soul. Whether you found yourself hiking, biking, or golfing – we were getting outside!
For over 15 years, Camp Korey has known the importance of being outside. Our program is designed to bring the inside outside for our campers as many know the inside of their hospital rooms more intimately than they know the scents and sights of a park. Camp Korey intentionally develops programming that meets their medical needs so they can get out there, explore, play, and enjoy the warmth of sunshine, the brisk breeze, and smells of pine. Campers connect nature and belonging.
Like our campers, we are starting to find ways to connect again as well and what better way to come together than by gathering as a community at the 3rd Annual Camp Korey Classic! Our friends at Niagara Bottling, LLC invite you to join us for a day at Avalon Golf Links as we Get Outside and enjoy a fantastic round of golf to raise funds for children with complex medical conditions so they too, can Get Outside and attend Camp!
Join us FORE a day of golf and outdoor fun! Register, sponsor, or donate here.
