AVA Camp Connect

This guide will walk you step by step through creating your account and getting started in our new online portal, AVA Camp Connect. Whether you’re brand new or a returning Camp Korey family, we’ve got you covered.

Step 1: Getting Started

New to Camp Korey?

Welcome! Creating an account is quick and easy. Simply tap the LINK. AVA Camp Connect will guide you through each step.

Returning Camp Korey Families — Welcome Back!

We’re happy to see you again! Your account has already been carried over into our new system.

You can select the LINK, enter your name and email address, and receive a verification code to log in.

 

Step 2: Create Your Family Account

Enter your name, and the portal will guide you through the rest of the setup.

Choose an Account Type

• Primary Caregiver
  This is the person we’ll contact with updates about the application process and any follow-up questions we may have.
• Other Adult
  Grandparents, aunts, uncles, or other loved ones who will be joining your family at Camp.
• ಶಿಬಿರಾರ್ಥಿ
  Our amazing camper kids who will be attending Camp Korey between the ages of 5-17 during programming, with a qualifying diagnosis.
• Siblings / Other Children
  Any other children in your family that will attend now or in the future!

Choose Diagnosis
You’ll see a question about Diagnosis for each person you enter—caregivers, campers, and siblings. This helps us create the best possible experience for everyone. If there’s anything we should be aware of, this is the place to share it.

IMPORTANT — Save Your User ID
Before tapping Save, please save your User ID in a safe way. Think of it as your family’s camp key—you may need it to log back into the portal in the future.

You’re In!
After you tap Save, your account will be created, and you’ll be automatically signed in and taken to your forms.

 

Step 3: Explore & Begin Using the Portal

You can access AVA Camp Connect anytime using the portal link, by scanning the QR code, saving the page to your bookmarks/favorites ಅಥವಾ by saving AVA as a shortcut icon on your phone. (instructions also available within AVA under AVA support). Once you have AVA saved to your device, you won’t need a password to log back in.  You can choose to add a password to your account.

1. To get started for 2026, you’ll need to complete a few important forms. When you are logged in for the first time you will automatically be brought to your forms. For locating your forms in the future, tap My Camp Application then Application & Forms
2. We’ve already loaded the forms we need from you, your family, and your camper(s). As you complete each form, it will automatically be sent to the appropriate Camp Korey team member. You’ll see the status update—and change color—as we move through the process together.
3. We’ll be in touch along the way with updates or questions. We’ll use the email address you provided when creating your account. If you’d like to receive text messages or update your contact preferences, tap Family Profile-My Profile and visit Name & Contact Info ಮತ್ತು Messaging to customize your experience.
4. Feel free to poke around and get familiar with this new platform! We encourage everyone to upload a photo as well so we can recognize you when you arrive at camp. To upload a photo, tap My Profile then Photo & Personalization

• Check your email and in-app notifications regularly for important updates.
