Camper Care Package Form

Our camp community extends all year round! If your camper is hospitalized, getting a procedure, on bed rest, or needs some extra warm fuzzies from Camp Korey, we would love to send a package your way. Please fill out this form so that we can send you a box full of camp activities, games, and cheer!
