I’m a Certified Public Accountant, and have been working at Deloitte for 24 years. I was born in California, went to high school in Kansas, and university in Oklahoma. With Deloitte, I have lived and/or worked in Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Florida, Washington, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Luxembourg. I have worked in audit, advisory, and our national office in a technical accounting role. I have served companies in various industries, including power and utilities, oil and gas, mining and steel production, healthcare, retail, and biotech.
On a personal note, I come from a large family (I am one of eleven children). My family mostly lives in the middle of the country, and loves to come visit me in the different places I’ve lived. I moved to Seattle about two and a half years ago, and met my fiancé shortly thereafter. He and I attended Grow in 2023. While I was already a little familiar with Camp Korey, hearing from actual campers and others about the impact Camp Korey has made on their lives was heart warming, to say the least. Although I have no children, I have 26 nieces and nephews. For many of them, going to summer camp is an event they look forward to all year long. I would love to be part of an organization that is making camp a possibility for all, and for letting children just be children regardless of any medical conditions.
