Our Story

Camp Korey is named in honor of Korey Rose, a vibrant and compassionate teenager who lived with bone cancer and inspired all who knew him. In 2005, his father, Tim Rose, along with their family, founded Camp Korey to celebrate Korey’s legacy and create a place of joy, connection, and healing for children and families facing life-altering medical conditions.

Care & Facilities

Set on 200 acres in beautiful Mount Vernon, Washington, Camp Korey offers Northwest nature at its best. World-class medical facilities and staff provide care and support so kids living with serious medical conditions can experience the joy of camp.

A SeriousFun™ Camp

Since 2012, Camp Korey has been an official member of Детска мрежа SeriousFun—a global family of camps founded by the late actor and philanthropist Paul Newman—serving kids in more than 30 locations and 15 countries worldwide.
